- 1 cup (180 grams) mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare muffin tin.
- Scoop batter into muffin cups, filling to the top.
- Bake at 425°F for 8 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F.
- Check for doneness and cool before serving.
