- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray an 8×8 or similar sized baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana. Add milk, Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla; whisk until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and stir until well mixed. Fold in chocolate chips and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with flaky sea salt, fruits, maple syrup, or your preferred toppings.

You can use almond milk or another milk alternative if desired.
