Instructions
- Process freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor to a fine powder.
- Mix strawberry powder with confectioners sugar until well combined.
- Pour Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring occasionally.
- Pour melted chocolate over Chex and gently fold to coat.
- Sprinkle strawberry sugar mixture over chocolate-coated Chex and toss gently.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
