- ¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 40 mini Nilla wafer cookies
- 40 milk chocolate Hershey kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring after 30 seconds until smooth.
- Set aside ¼ cup of the melted chocolate for attaching acorn stems.
- Place Nilla wafers upside down on the tray and add melted chocolate to the center.
- Press a Hershey kiss onto each wafer using melted chocolate as glue.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- Reheat reserved chocolate and dip a mini chocolate chip for the acorn stem.
- Press the chocolate chip onto the melted chocolate on each wafer.
- Chill for an additional 5 minutes to harden completely.
