Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 40 mini Nilla wafer cookies
  • 40 milk chocolate Hershey kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring after 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Set aside ¼ cup of the melted chocolate for attaching acorn stems.
  • Place Nilla wafers upside down on the tray and add melted chocolate to the center.
  • Press a Hershey kiss onto each wafer using melted chocolate as glue.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  • Reheat reserved chocolate and dip a mini chocolate chip for the acorn stem.
  • Press the chocolate chip onto the melted chocolate on each wafer.
  • Chill for an additional 5 minutes to harden completely.
