- ¼ cup Chinese cooking wine
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2–3 cups beef stock
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Scrub and clean the pork tongues under running water.
- Place cleaned tongues in the pressure cooker and add all ingredients.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
- Perform a quick release and carefully peel the cooked tongues.
- Slice the tongues and serve hot with garnishes.
