- ground beef
- 4–5 potatoes cubed
- 1 onion diced
- 1–2 carrots chopped
- 1 celery stick chopped
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2–3 dashes hot sauce or tabasco sauce
- 2 cans pork and beans
- 1 can kidney beans strained
Instructions
- Fry the ground beef with the chopped onion and strain off the grease.
- Cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the carrots into small pieces.
- Chop the celery stick into small pieces.
- Combine the beef and vegetables in a crock pot.
- Add the can of stewed tomatoes to the crock pot.
- Pour in the tomato juice.
- Add 2-3 dashes of hot sauce and Tabasco sauce.
- Cook on high for 5 hours.
- Switch to medium heat and continue cooking until the potatoes are soft.
- Stir in the two cans of pork and beans.
- Add the strained kidney beans.
