- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 15-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spread ½ cup Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles al dente according to package instructions.
- Combine shredded chicken, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken mixture onto lasagna noodles and roll them up.
- Place rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish and cover with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
