Instructions

  • Combine gluten-free flour, oat flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk.
  • Cream together butter and coconut sugar until light and creamy.
  • Add maple syrup, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients and oats until just combined. Fold in raisins and chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
