- ¼ teaspoon taco seasoning
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Additional salsa and sour cream, for serving
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then mix with taco seasoning and salsa.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a skillet with non-stick spray.
- Flatten biscuits into 5-inch circles.
- Add shredded cheese and seasoned taco meat to each biscuit.
- Seal the edges and place biscuits seam-side down in the skillet.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and taco seasoning; brush on biscuits.
- Bake for 24-26 minutes until golden brown and serve warm with salsa and sour cream.
