- 2 Pounds of flank steak
- ½ cup juice from an orange or limes
- ¼ cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 large cloves of garlic, minced
- ¼ small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6–8 sweet mini peppers, halved
- 2–3 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved
- 1–2 onions, sliced into ½” thick rounds
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Marinate flank steak in the mixture for 5 to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill marinated steak and vegetables, flipping every 3 minutes for 10-12 minutes.
- Let steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
