Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds of flank steak
  • ½ cup juice from an orange or limes
  • ¼ cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ small onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 68 sweet mini peppers, halved
  • 23 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved
  • 12 onions, sliced into ½” thick rounds

Instructions

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Marinate flank steak in the mixture for 5 to 24 hours in the fridge.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill marinated steak and vegetables, flipping every 3 minutes for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
