- 1 (6-oz) box peppermint candy canes, crushed
- 1/4 tsp peppermint oil (optional)
Instructions
- Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl.
- Melt almond bark using a microwave or double boiler.
- Add optional peppermint oil to melted almond bark.
- Pour melted almond bark over Rice Chex and mix gently.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the mixture and stir.
- Spread mixture onto wax or parchment paper to cool and set.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
