- 2/3 cup diced tomatoes

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1–2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (to taste)
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente, then drain.
- Slice chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through, then slice.
- Sauté diced tomatoes and minced garlic in the same pan.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning, then bring to a boil.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer until thickened.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine and chicken with the sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
