- 1 cup almonds, toasted and chopped

- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and butter a baking dish.
- Toast chopped almonds in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, water, and corn syrup; cook until boiling and reach 300°F.
- Add vanilla extract and stir well.
- Pour hot toffee into the baking dish and spread.
- Let cool, then sprinkle and melt chocolate chips on top.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly and top with more chopped almonds.
- Cool at room temperature or refrigerate to set.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
