Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Fold in most Butterfinger pieces.
- Shape dough into 1¼" balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Sprinkle reserved Butterfinger pieces on warm cookies.
- Cool cookies before serving.
