- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- Green food coloring
- Holiday sprinkles
- Yellow star candies
- Disposable piping bag
- Wilton Star tip 1M
- 3 round cookie/biscuit cutters in varying sizes
Instructions
- Mix powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Gradually add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency.
- Fill piping bag with green frosting and attach Wilton Star tip.
- Cut brownie into circles using cookie cutters.
- Frost the largest brownie circle, stack smaller circles, and frost in between.
- Add frosting on top for a snowy effect and place a star candy on top.
