  • Green food coloring
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Yellow star candies
  • Disposable piping bag
  • Wilton Star tip 1M
  • 3 round cookie/biscuit cutters in varying sizes

Instructions

  • Mix powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Gradually add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency.
  • Fill piping bag with green frosting and attach Wilton Star tip.
  • Cut brownie into circles using cookie cutters.
  • Frost the largest brownie circle, stack smaller circles, and frost in between.
  • Add frosting on top for a snowy effect and place a star candy on top.
