Instructions

- Melt the butter in a light-colored pan over medium heat until browned and nutty.
- Whisk eggs and sugar together in a large bowl, then mix in mashed bananas, browned butter, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, then mix with the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with extra walnuts if desired.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a rack.
