- 7 ounces Brie cheese
- â…“ cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange phyllo shells with space between.
- Slice Brie cheese into 1-inch pieces.
- Place one slice of Brie in each phyllo cup.
- Add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of Brie.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes until Brie is melted and bubbly.
- Cool for 4-5 minutes before serving.
