- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 6 oz fresh raspberries
- 6 oz fresh blackberries
- 6 oz fresh strawberries
- 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 liters lemon-lime soda
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves, then cool the syrup.
- Puree each type of berry with 1/4 cup of syrup and strain.
- In glasses, add a tablespoon of each berry puree.
- Fill glasses halfway with champagne and stir gently.
- Top with lemon-lime soda.
