- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

- ½ cup soy sauce

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3–4 cups broccoli florets
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Place sirloin strips into the slow cooker.
- Whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, cornstarch, sesame oil, onion powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add broccoli florets and stir gently.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
