Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine minced garlic, lime/lemon juice, sriracha, Thai sweet chili sauce, and mayonnaise in a bowl to create the sauce.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with the sauce in a large mixing bowl until well coated.
- Transfer coated sprouts to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
