Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brine the salmon fillets in a mixture of water and kosher salt for 10 minutes.
- Pat the salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 130°F.
- While the salmon bakes, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh dill for the sauce.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the salmon warm, drizzled with the lemon dill yogurt sauce.
