- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 6 slices uncooked bacon, cut into thirds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté onions until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pork and beans, ketchup, mustard, molasses, and brown sugar. Stir in sautéed onions and paprika.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Top with bacon.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 2 hours or until glossy.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
