Instructions
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken pieces for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the baking pan.
- Cut bacon strips into thirds.
- Wrap each chicken piece with bacon and roll in brown sugar.
- Assemble with a pineapple chunk and secure with a toothpick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
