These Bacon Deviled Eggs are creamy, flavorful, and easy to prepare. Crafted with hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and crispy bacon, they make for a delightful appetizer or snack that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices bacon
  • fresh chives
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. To hard-boil the eggs, place them in a single layer in a pan and cover with an inch of water.
  2. Bring the water to a roaring boil with the lid off. Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare a bowl with ice and cold water. After 10 minutes, transfer the eggs to the ice water and let them sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
  5. In a bowl, combine all the yolks with mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, pepper, and salt until smooth, using a hand mixer or spoon.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill the egg white halves. Top with bacon pieces and fresh chives.
