- 1 large apple, thinly sliced

- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, divided
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove chops and sauté onions, apples, and salt in butter until caramelized.
- Add honey and 1/4 cup chicken broth, mix well.
- Return pork chops to skillet, cover, and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
- Whisk together remaining chicken broth and cornstarch, then add to skillet and simmer until sauce thickens.
