Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with spices.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and sear pork chops for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  • Remove pork chops and tent with foil to keep warm.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, then stir in brown sugar and apple cider.
  • Add sliced apples and caramelize for about 5 minutes.
  • Return pork chops to skillet and coat them in the sauce.
