Instructions

- In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and gently tap the sides to level it.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together for a topping, then sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
