Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, tapioca flour, chocolate chips, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, until light golden brown on top.
- Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
