- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in almond extract.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet, adding sliced almonds.
- Shape dough into a log and place on a baking sheet; top with more almonds.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Slice cooled log into 1-inch pieces and return to oven for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Dip biscotti ends in melted chocolate and let set.
