  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 16 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, rigatoni, mozzarella cheese, ½ cup parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the salted butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the 1½ cups of parmesan cheese and paprika. Mix until well combined and heated through.
  6. Combine the cream mixture with the chicken and pasta mixture and stir until all ingredients are coated.
  7. Transfer this mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Top with the panko breadcrumbs and additional parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 55 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
