Instructions
- Thaw and pat dry the walleye fillets.
- Whisk the egg with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- If using breadcrumbs, coat the fillets in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer and spray the basket with olive oil.
- Place fillets in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 380°F without flipping.
- Serve with lemon juice, wedges, and garnish with green onions.
