- ⅓ Cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsps salted butter
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- ½ Cup diced cooked bacon
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ Cup sliced green onion
Instructions
- Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Air fry at 390°F for 35-40 minutes until tender.
- Cut each potato in half and scoop out flesh into a bowl.
- Mix in sour cream, butter, and ranch seasoning.
- Fold in bacon, cheese, and green onions.
- Stuff the potato halves with filling.
- Air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until bubbly.
