Instructions
- Rinse sweet potatoes, dry them.

- Toss wedges with avocado oil in a ziplock bag.
- Add cornstarch and spices, shake well.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place wedges in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
