- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add flour to the melted butter and whisk, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and pour in chicken broth, simmering for about a minute.
- Gradually whisk in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
